Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, tools, and power cables provided.

• 3.
  Ship to MERACH

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
